Accessibility and inclusion standards need to be considered when designing courses, course content, and documents. Accessible content allows students to equitably participate in coursework and improves the learner experience for everyone.

The Universal Design Online content Inspection Tool, is an accessibility auditing tool for Canvas, or UDOIT (pronounced “You Do It”), enables faculty/instructors to identify accessibility issues in their Canvas course content. It will scan a course, generate a report, and provide resources on how to address common accessibility issues. Watch this UDOIT overview video for more information.
